MATERIALS

Motorhousing, Suction strainer (Sea water resistant aluminium casting) Pump housing, Impeller (Grey cast iron GG25) Suction sieve, Screws, Nuts (Stainless steel 1.4301) Motor Jacket FW-TP 4/1: (PVC) FW-TP 8/1: (Stainless steel) Motor shaft (Stainless steel 1.4104) Mechanical seal on medium side (SiC/SiC) Elastomere (NBR).

PUMPED LIQUID

Clear or drainage water with abrasive solids (eg. sand). Max. liquid temperature: 40°C, short term up to 60°C.

MOTOR

Fully submersible, pressure tight electric motor, oil filled. Insulation class H. Degree of protection IP 68. Cable Connection chamber totally isolated from motor housing.

FEATURES

The low construction width and the overhead discharge enable use in narrow shafts. The jacket cooling of the motor through the pumped liquid protects against overheating also in snore mode at extremely low water. The pumps are tested according to DIN14425 and suitable for the initial equipment of vehicles of the fire service and technical support services.

IMPELLER

Impeller of the FW-TP 4/1 / FW-TP 8/1 series.

For optimum adaptation to the pump medium and operating conditions.

OPEN MULTI-CHANNEL IMPELLER

For dirty and muddy media with solids.
