PUMPED LIQUID

MOTOR

Electric motors, with 4-6 pole motor speed. Insulation class H, degree of protection IP 68.Thermal sensors embedded in the stator winding protect the motor from overheating. PTC sensors on request. With seal probe in oil chamber.

SHAFT/BEARING

Large diameter stainless steel rotor shaft, pre-lubricated bearings.

SEALS

Propeller shaft sealing by mechanical seal in oil chamber, sealed from motor chamber by mechanical seal.

PROPELLER

2-blade propeller, self cleaning design, stainless steel

FEATURES

Robust stainless steel mixer made entirely of stainless steel cast and thus particularly suitable for use in corrosive liquids. Compact design by direct drive for installation in buildings with small space available. Suitable for installation on the basin floor due to small propeller diameters. Further mounting possibilities via system dependent lowering device in pump shafts and at basin walls. The production from high-quality components as well as standard monitoring devices within the stainless steel mixer ensure long service life and a high process reliability.
